WARRANTY

FRAME(Only available to the original owner with a proof of purchase): – If
you buy a Junglerider frame with a manufacturing defect, we will replace
the frame “if the warranty is submitted to
junglerider(at)ground-tactics.com through the agent where you purchase the
frame” within 30 days of purchase of the frame. After the first 30 days,
any defects in workmanship will not be covered by the warranty. You will
need to send the frame to us for inspection. After inspection, we will
replaced you with another without any charges.

“Manufacturing Defect” – Examples are a crooked brake mount, a missing
weld, tubing alignment or an improperly machined headtube.

Thereafter, one (1) year warranty on cracks only. You will have the option
of purchasing a replacement frame at a reduced price. Any bending,
stripped out threads, twisting, denting or other such damage is deemed as
a sign of rider abuse or incorrect maintenance and not product failure.
Therefore not covered by this warranty.

FORK(Only available to the original owner with a proof of purchase):
– One (1) year warranty on all our aftermarket forks for any problems
arising from manufacturers defects in materials or workmanship. This
warranty covers cracks only. Any bending, stripped out threads, twisting,
denting or other such damage is deemed as a sign of rider abuse or
incorrect maintenance and not product failure. Therefore not covered by
this warranty.

HANDLE BAR(Only available to the original owner with a proof of purchase):
– Six (6) months warranty on all our aftermarket bars for any problems
arising from manufacturers defects in materials or workmanship. This
warranty covers cracks only. Any bending, stripped out threads, twisting,
denting or other damage is deemed as a sign of rider abuse or incorrect
maintenance & not product failure. Therefore not covered by this warranty.

P.s. I´ve ridden my current Jungle Rider frame for one and a half years and still no cracks.
Maybe I did not ride hard enough OR I didn´t throw my bike… heh.
Answer is, I rode hard and did not throw my bike!
